Park Policies

Our season runs from the second weekend in May to Thanksgiving.  The Seasonal fee covers one trailer, maximum 2 adults.  Site Leases are non-transferable.  Sale of a trailer on site where the purchasers wish to retain the site must be approved by Park Management. 

Lawn cutting and grass trimming will be maintained by park staff.  Tenants will be expected to maintain their lots on on ongoing basis (i.e. remove clutter, furniture in preparation for maintenance)

is 11 p.m. - 8 a.m.  weekdays and 12 a.m. - 8 a.m. weekends but please be considerate of your neighbours at all times.

One per site unless prior arrangements are in place.  Please park other vehicles in designated parking areas.

Pets are not to be left unattended and are to be kept on a leash.  Owners must clean up after pets.

Decks, sheds, and add on rooms or porches must meet management approval prior to construction.
